Temperature
Store in a dry and cool environment (ideally between 14° and 18°), away from direct light (natural and/or artificial) and heat sources. After opening, it is recommended to close the package well with the cap after each use.
The optimal storage temperature for the oil should be between 14°C and 18°C.
Expiration
The date indicated on the bottle refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging. It is a recommended consumption term to appreciate all the sensory characteristics. Therefore, after this date, it can be used without any health risk, as it will not become harmful, but simply may lose the intensity and fragrance of flavors and aromas. All this because extra virgin olive oil is an absolutely natural product.
