Order processing and shipping:
The order is processed after the payment has been credited, which may take a few business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are prepared during the first available business day.
Once ready for shipping, the order is handed over to the courier within the first available business day.
From that date, the management of the shipment is handled by the courier, who takes about 3/4 business days for delivery.
It is advisable to provide a telephone contact for the courier when placing the order.
During the Christmas, Easter, and Mid-August periods, delivery times may extend. Deliveries usually do not occur on Saturdays and holidays.
For shipments abroad, any certifications and compliances required for export are the responsibility of the buyer.
